My first few visits were okay, but as I grew to know Dr. Knox, I realized the implicit bias she showed toward me. The fact that I was not heard, disrespected, and flat-out undermined by her as if I didn't know what was going on with me after she ignored the natural paths that helped me and pushed prescriptions was beyond me. I hope other patients that look like me don't experience such bias in the future.
Dr. Knox is a caring doctor and takes her time with you to listen to and analyze your concerns. Dr. Knox also responds to your medical questions on my chart in a very timely manner.
Dr. Knox has been my PCP for a couple of years now, and I always feel comfortable going to her with any problems. I have a lot of health issues, and she has always been quick to address them, refer me to specialists, order lab work, and follow up quickly. She is friendly and professional, and I don't hesitate to bring up concerns to her. She takes me seriously, which is so important to me. I would recommend her and her practice to anyone.
