Complete Professional, outstanding care and treatment. I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Vanderlick for 10 years. In my professional opinion, she is the best at what she does.
Very nice staff and Dr. V was very good. My doctor in Austin recommended her. I'm glad.
Submitted my medical records , as requested/required and did so in person to speed up scheduling process. The office never reviewed them which was a requirement for scheduling and never returned my calls. After 2.5 weeks of me calling and nothing but we will let you know, I even called them with my dr’s office on the line to get a time frame. Offered nothing. Needless to say, I scheduled elsewhere. Not how you should treat any client let alone someone seeking professional help. Do NOT recommend.
Dr Vanderlick is very attentive and has a great bedside manner. You do not feel rushed, as so many other providers are.
Best neurologist by far, and most caring, I've ever had. Have been a patient of Dr. Vanderlick's for several years and she's held my hand through the most difficult times.
Like Mandy (3/2016) I also rec'd a letter saying I was dropped as a patient. I called in the worst pain. Next avail. appt in a month. Asked to be worked in. Rep said she'd ask Dr. V, but she knew she'd say no. I asked what to do to ease the pain till appt & I got the normal to go the ER which I get. The issue was rep was very curt. I called back to cancel appt citing rep was rude. Tried to speak w/ Dr or Mgr 'bout call & letter 2x. No return call. Had been a patient for several years.
Dr Vanderlick is THE MOST INCREDIBLE doctor I’ve ever met...She is thorough and caring and NEVER drops the ball. We refer to Dr. Vanderlick and her nurse Chantel as “Batman and Robin”...they are an amazing team! We all know how important a doctor’s medical team is...these 2 are THE BEST! She HEARS you, she SEES you and she will do whatever it takes to HELP you! If all doctors had a thimble full of the compassion that she has...it would make illness/suffering far less terrifying!
BEWARE! My husband saw Dr. Vanderlick for tingling in his foot. She diagnosed him with an autoimmune disorder (CIDP). When he asked how sure she was “from 1-10”, she said “11”. This required monthly, very expensive intravenous treatment for the rest of his life. We got a second opinion in Austin. That neurologist said my husband lacked basic symptoms of CIDP, and that he was crossing his legs too much while sitting. He stopped doing it, the tingling is gone. If I could give zero stars, I would.
yes i have been a long time patient of dr vanderlick. she has helped me manage my migraines and seizures. she is 1 of the best Neurlogist out there, definitly recommend her everytime some one ask me about a good neurologist.
