My Mother has been with Dr. McKinley for about nine years and, honestly, we’ve had some ups and downs with the NPs. Recently, however, Mother had an appointment and we encountered the BEST NP ever! She was patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She helped Mother’s personal nursing assistant set up her digital glucose measuring system, and started a new appetite suppressant med. I WISH I could rate this even lower. The staff at this office are RUDE and unprofessional. My son (who has been seen here for years) inquired about medication for adhd. He was told a rx would be sent in they then did a drug screening. Days later his meds had not arrived so I called the office. I was given the excuse that the system was down and then that they were waiting on the drug test results. When I asked why he was drug tested THEY LIED and told me it was a law and not doing so would cost Dr. Mckinley her medical licen... read more
