Dear Readers, When I responded to S. Sweeney, I assumed that she was a legitimate patient. (Big error on my part- never assume!) My employees have informed me that this woman has never been in our practice and we have no record of her in our computer system........ (why do people do this???) Sincerely, Dr. Mary Berk
My mother in law has been going to Dr berk every 6 months for at least 20 years. She missed 6 crowns that needed to be done. The x-rays that they had been taking were overlapped and undiagnostic so the decay wasn’t clear but obvious in 2 areas. X-rays done by 2 other dentists revealed the need for 6 crowns. Instead of taking responsibility Dr berk allowed her ego to dictate the course of treatment. She continues to send her bills. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
Someone in pediatric care should care about kids, even if they are low income or minority.
I have been going to see Dr berk for many years now and she has done a great job she has the latest equipment which is important as i have a bad gag reflex
