I was experiencing some pain on the left side of my chest around the breast area. I called Dr. Chau’s office, to make an appointment. After I met with Dr. Chau I was given an EKG by the medical assistant, the results were normal. Dr. Chau didn’t return back, no follow up, no follow through, nothing she was done. I found out 2 1/2 months later I had an expired cardiologist appointment.

Office staff has to call you back with each call. Asked to speak with dr. Said I couldn't due to office policy. Recently changed insurance and they would not give me a paper copy of current prescription, stated I could come in and pay $140 to see dr out of pocket for prescription. horrible patient care.

Office staff is rude and uncaring. Wait time to be seen is extremely long and then once Dr. Chau sees you she rushes through the visit. She is quick to hand out medication do cover the problem not fix it.

I cant even say- First visit and 3 weeks later someone called told me all sorts of things didn't know what meds I had taken sent me for Labs and I had just gone the week prior - No I was out. You expect the doctor to have a visit and go over labs and meds- then asks for an appt. 2 months later - I said no Im out Bldg is a church bldg just ugly and old.
