Dr Andrews takes the time to listen to questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Front Office staff is always efficient and will handle requests over the phone with accuracy. This is the first practice I have been to over the years who is not a nightmare to deal with!
I am very disappointed with your office and the care I received during my last visit. I came in for an annual exam with the hopes of finding out a diagnosis for the back flank pain I’ve been having for over 3 years. I had to call multiple times to get Dr. Mary Andrews to order me images so she could view my guts. First, she ordered an x-ray which showed nothing. I had to call again to see what the next step was. Dr Mary Andrews is a great doctor who listens and then helps you decide your plan. Very knowledgeable, personable and down to earth.
I dislike the people that answer the phone. So rude.
