Dr.Aiken is a waste of time/money. During my visits she was rude almost mocking me, and never even left the countertop with her laptop. She dismissed any symptoms. Even the life threatening ones. I stopped seeing her when I ended up in the ER which called her and she made the doctor believe it was panick attacks. I found a different doctor who took the time to properly diagnose. I have an adrenal gland disorder, hyperaldosterone, which release a hormone that raises bp/heart. See someone else!
Lack of professionalism is incredibly here. I waited and hour before the doctor came in to see me. Her first word to me were "I am not giving you 10 referrals". I look at her confused and said I did not ask for 10 (I only asked for 3). I was trying to establish my doctors since I just moved here. She didn't want to listen to anything I had to say, only assume and belittle me. The other doctors she mentioned to me were suggested to her by her shadower, I nevery asked for them. Shame!
I have seen Dr. Aiken for the first time today and i'm not going to lie, was iffy about seeing her after the bad reviews i read everywhere online. It's a shame she has such bad reviews! I have somewhat of a complex medical issue and she really took the time to listen to me and looked through my stacks of paperwork from several specialists to get a good insight. I tried several primary care doctor's in stafford and was less than satisfied, so i'm so glad to finally feel well taken caren of.
She made unfair and inaccurate snap judgements of me right from the start. She was very rude to me throughout the very brief amount of time she spent with me and didn't listen to me. My problem was misdiagnosed. I felt worse in the end from her gaslighting and dismissive, condescending attitude.
I think Dr Aiken is great! She listens to your concerns, evaluates and presents the best options for your care. She spends plenty of time with you as well. I moved away from Stafford for several years and was under other doctors care and she was the first person that I called when I returned.
