Whole office is very helpful as well as courteous. Been coming here for years. I moved 50 miles away and still come back.
Very disappointing experience with Dr. Matson. I did not feel listened to, and I did not feel treated with basic courtesy or professionalism. Based on my experience, I would suggest that others avoid him and go elsewhere.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Marvin Matson during a contact lens visit. I explained that I had tried the trial daily lenses three times and felt dizzy and even somewhat nauseous each time. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, he was rude, dismissive, and clearly irritated by my questions.
