HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, TRYING TO COLLECT FOR COPAY NUMEROUS TIMES WHEN I PAID CASH AT THE OFFICE, NO ONE THEIR FOR SCHEDULED APPTS AND NO ONE CALLS TO TELL YOU THEY WERE CANCELLED OR RUNNING HOURS LATE, AND MY FATHER IN LAW WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS GOOD WHEN IN FACT HE HAD AN ENLARGED PROSTATE WHICH HE NEEDED SURGERY FOR WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR?!

I had call because I had forgotten the time for my dad's appointment. And a lady answered the phone. She told me to hold I said yes no problem. I waited 30 mns on the phone until it got disconnected and I called back the same lady answered and she said hello once and hang up. Did not even wait for me to say hello. So I call back again 3 time nobody pick up the phone so I took my dad's phone and call from a different number that's when the same lady pick up.
