Very disorganized office and staff (they took me back and weighed me in and everything before verifying I was the correct person; there entered my info on someone else's chart). Very unprofessional in words and customer service and interpersonal relations (avoiding eye contact , lots of "I dont knows," and unclear instruction regarding where to go, payments to make, what the appointment is for, tests needed, not meeting me up front to walk me back to the room, instead they just shout my name from afar, etc.). Dr Erickson is just the best! He took care of my 3 pregnancies and keeps taking care of me and I don't regret it at all!!! Would recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth process when it comes to all stages of pregnancy and aftercare. By the way, I had all my 3 babies C-Section, and he did an incredibly beautiful job. Very thankful for him 🫶
Dr Erickson delivered my twins February of 2024! It was by far the best experience possible along with the best experience with the office staff! I am gonna miss seeing them every month, but not the medical bills!
First I don’t give reviews lightly except for when I feel so strongly I have to speak up so no one has to go through what I went through. I had the worst experience of my life with Dr Erickson. If I could give him zero stars I would. I am a mother of 5. My last daughter was born in 2021. It was the most difficult of all my deliveries. He was so detached. Front office is very rude and says unnecessary things to patients. We were expecting a call back from them after the blood test results came back. We called back ourselves due to no call from their office. The front desk starts talking about miscarriage when we did not mention any bleeding whatsoever . Not only did that stress us out it put is in panic mood and all she did was keep asking oh well do you want to come in to check if you miscarried. WILL NOT COME AGAIN. DO NOT BOTHER. HORRIBLE.
