At my recent appointment, I waited nearly 45 minutes before being seen. When I was finally called back, staff simply yelled from the back of the clinic rather than approaching patients directly, which felt unprofessional and easy to miss if you weren’t paying close attention. Once I was with Dr. Erickson, the visit itself lasted about five minutes. The appointment felt rushed, and I did not feel heard. Very disorganized office and staff (they took me back and weighed me in and everything before verifying I was the correct person; there entered my info on someone else's chart). Very unprofessional in words and customer service and interpersonal relations (avoiding eye contact , lots of "I dont knows," and unclear instruction regarding where to go, payments to make, what the appointment is for, tests needed, not meeting me up front to walk me back to the room, instead they just shout my name from afar, etc.).
