He is rude and the office is filthy. There was some fluids on the paper in the exam room and the restroom is nasty. He can barely hear you when you’re talking to him so you have to yell. Just know that if your insurance company send you here, he already has his mind made up that you’re fine and can go back to work.
I have never been to a more thorough doctor. He explained everything as we went and asked if I had any other questions before I left. He even asked if I was satisfied with the exam. I have seen him twice e now and look forward to him treating me in the future. He has two ladies that work with him that are super nice and helpful! Restored my faith in drs that there are still good ones out there! I recommend him to anyone that needs an orthopedics dr.
I saw him for workmans Comp rating and lied and did what the insurance company wanted no matter what exam results , I am going to sued this guy , he is a joke.
I forced to see him by an workers compensation company in Hurst. Over an hour drive away. He will give any attorney or insurance company the answers they want. Front desk even stated they see patients all the way from Austin for court cases. He is a shill. Go there and look at all the "No recording" signs plastered all over his clinic. He doesn't want to be held accountable for his actions. He lied to me and said we believes my injuries and then told the insurance company the exact opposite. I know have to lawyer up.
I recorded this appt, he didn’t listen to me, he tried to talk over me. Start leading the questions and then get frustrated when I wasn’t telling him what he wanted to hear. I would describe something and he would say I was wrong. I explained my story and he again kept cutting me off. Now I have focal seizures. We could have prevented this if he was willing to provide adequate and fair care.
Dr. Van Hal always listens and addresses my problems. He has treated me and my brother for several years on more than one issue each. I trust his judgement and like his manner.
Time for him to retire. Old fashioned way of doing surgery, led me to have to have second corrective surgery.
He operated on my back 15 years ago. It been good every since . Great surgeon and Doctor. Love this guy. Later I had him operate on.my knee. It healed now. Walk good.
