I arrived for my 9:30am appt.w/Dr Marulendra. The young lady at the desk immediately acknowledged my presence with a warm smile. I filled out paperwork to update my insurance info etc. I was weighed, BP taken and went over meds, symptoms etc. Dr Marulendra came into my room within 3 minutes. He went over my symptoms and it was decided I should have an endoscopy, since I suffer from a chronic gastro condition. I am so thankful I have Doctors Shivaprasad and Marulendra as my expert gastroenterologists and medical champions. They are not only excellent diagnosticians and practitioners, in my extensive experience with them they are also incredibly compassionate and responsive. I rarely do public reviews; however, during this Thanksgiving holiday they are on my gratitude list.
I saw Dr. Weston several times for GI issues. He was always very late to my appointments and only spent a couple of minutes consulting me about the issues I was facing. I also had an endoscopy with him, which he was also late for.
Dr Shau and his entire staff are very compassionate and professional and they listen to all your concerns I feel highly respected and important at every visit and I always have a positive outcome about my concerns they truly care about you and your well being Dr Shau and his staff are a wonderful group of people
