The best person and dentist I’ve ever met. He is so understanding and listens to your concerns. I even get some guidance about different subjects about my health issues and he is really helpful. iHis staff are great. His bedside manner is wonderful and makes you want to visit his office more, and really want to go to your dentist. I am his patient for almost ten years. I can’t thank him enough and wish him health and happiness.
I can't say enough about Dr. Frankel. There isn't a dentist more caring and considerate. He takes the time to explain everything and is always happy to answer questions and concerns. I drive from Oshawa at 6:30am after a night shift because there is no dentist I'd rather see. Dr. Frankel and his team are top notch, highly skilled, and wonderful people. I feel comfortable and at ease in the care of Dr. Frankel and his team.
As always attentive, careful, attentive to pain, great sense of humour - great nurses!!!
