Dan Martineau was a true professional in the shady contracting industry of Florida . Not only was his price fair, but he provided me with a COI and materials warranty upon completion. The job was completed in the agreed time and his crew cleaned up their waste. He even provided me with the waste disposal receipt which is valuable when building a new home. Family owned company that treats you like family. Anita answers the phone and is always so cheerful and helpful every time I call. She is always so prompt with responses and quick to supply answers to my queries. I met her husband Dan who came out to my house just a couple days after I requested and then had someone fixing my roof for a fair price. Dealing with this company has been a pleasure. They are honest and fair. My HOA has retained them to replace all the roofs on our condos too.
