This was the absolute worst experience I've had in a doctor office. The NP had questionable communication skills and the office manager doesn't return calls.

Dr Taylor was the one who found out I have MS. He is absolutely wonderful. He has helped me so much working with my insurance company and getting copay assistance for my very expensive medication. I would tell anyone with a neurological problem to see him. Many thanks to Dr Taylor and his staff!

I'm a 63 year old who tends to get medical treatment only when necessary. I've been dealing with a variety of neurological issues (headaches, facial numbness, double vision, sleep loss, weight loss, etc) for nearly a year. Dr Taylor has been treating me since December, 2023. He has always been professional, courteous & compassionate. Though I've gone through multiple tests, with no concrete diagnoses being found yet, Dr. Taylor stays diligent. This whole situation has been very trying on myself & my family, but I'm convinced... read more

When I made the appointment the office did not let me know I would be seeing Dr. Taylors nurse so I was confused as to why I was seeing her at my first visit. I saw Dr. Taylor very briefly, he did not explain anything, just pushed on my head and diagnosed occipital neuralgia. For my second visit, I again was not told I would only be seeing the nurse. I did not feel like I had a thorough exam at either visit. The nurse recommended trigger point injections but could not answer my questions, but instead handed me a book to read... read more

I am a long-time patient of Dr. Taylor’s and am being treated for essential tremors. The medication I have been on no longer gave me the results I needed so he made several suggestions as to other medications I could try. Medications I had tried many years ago were eliminated and a new one one suggested. I am very happy with Dr. Taylor as well as the way I have been treated by everyone at the New Albany office.

Because I only needed to be seen for a prescription refill (& possible adjustment), it was only necessary to see Dr. Taylor's Nurse Practioner, Tina. And when I first saw Dr. Taylor, he was attentive, took his time, explained things well, and I've been satisfied with the plan of care.On this visit, Tina took a careful history of the effectiveness of the med so far. She also explained what they believe is attainable and provided options for even greater improvment. I also appreciated the explanations of possible side-effects ... read more

Waited way too long for this appointment to be treated like just another number. Rushed in and out. Saw the doctor briefly. And saw the other provider. Not the best bedside manners and really generic approach to very expensive treatments. Not sure we will return.

Honest opinion about my visit. Starting from the check-in process to evaluation from the doctor, I felt bit rushed on my initial visit on March 16, 2024.
