Great service thorough exam. Dr. Gross is so pleasant to deal with, he's so relaxing as he explains everything. The staff is very friendly and I would give the West Babylon location a 10+ rating.
Everyone at this location is absolutely amazing and so is their customer service. I always leave feeling 100% satisfied.
Friendly eye exam, prompt service. I was informed about what the numbers actually mean and how my eye sight has changed from the past. I was given a clear financial breakdown when discussing lenses and contacts. I do wish there were more affordable in-store glasses frame options, but that is all up to insurance. A store-brand or extra basic frame option would be a nice offering over all the luxury brands.
