Dr. R is really good. My 98yr old mother has been with him for about 12 yrs. She hasn't seen him for a couple of years. However, we have been getting refills for every 3-6 months. They recently converted to a new system. We called for another refill with the understanding of the need to make an apptmt and the prescription person still denied the prescription . She needs to go to an apptmt first. .. wow... so now my 98 yr old mother has to wait for an apptmt. Ridiculous. So I am giving a low review NOT for the DR. but for the... read more
