I recently had a pocket reduction surgery with Dr. Lin and Lynn, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. Dental surgeries can be intimidating, and I was quite nervous beforehand. I’ve had three grafts done by Dr. Lin (over the past 3 years) and I have to say, he made an unpleasant procedure 100% more bearable. He is calm, direct, patient and understanding. He explained the steps before and during the procedure, worked quickly and skillfully and the results of his work are always impressive. The supporting technicians are also great and made sure I understood everything, felt comfortable and had what I need in terms of after care. I do not think they are professional enough, and always interested in recommending the higher price product they want to sell. My experience at Jennifer's dental office was not good or at least not happy. One of my friends recommended me to other place instead here, but I want to give it a try because it is closer. Regret now! v_v

Edit: the office was able to find a solution! Thank you. The office seemed like an excellent provider. I ended up going with one closer to home because i didn't need their specialized services as much. The issue I had was administrative practice: I made a credit card deposit to their office that was due back to me. I cancelled the appointment and was told I have to come in to get my deposit returned. For patients who have to arrange transportation this feels unreasonable.

I had a gum grafting surgery performed by Dr. Lin recently and the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail I received was truly outstanding. Dr. Lin also took time to address all my questions and concerns, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the surgical procedure. His team was equally wonderful—his assistant Lynn followed up with a thoughtful phone call after 12 days of surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Lin and his team to anyone in need of expert dental care!
