Hey doctor, I respect you al lot. You are a good doctor and a nice guy. However, your receptionist is not. Amanda is your receptionist and she does not have any courtesy or respect. When I call her, she screams at me. Why would she do that? I have not seen a disrespectful receptionist like her before with low customer service. I like you a lot. Worst experience dr patient ever. Because I did not shake his hand due to my reasons. I have severe knee problems and I paid $240 for a 5 min consultation to say you need to eat less, lose weight and i can't teach you how to walk up the stairs. He was rude, and wanted me out of there as quick as possible. I have so many issues with my knees and he could not do anything. Worst orthopaedic consultation I have been to and he was rude. Would never recommend to anyone. Search for a more professional orthopaedic surgeon.
It was the worst Dr patient experience of my life, I found him to be unorganised did not have my X-rays at the ready, and presumed diagnose me before even looking at my X-rays. Then all he could tell me was to eat less move more, when I have serve knee problems and rheumatoid arthritis. I had enough I got up and I walked out it was the worse experience of my life and a waste of $240 I really couldn’t afford, and to think I waited in his surgery for 2 plus hours to see this person never ever again. I’d rather suffer in pain
Very good surgeon. Explains all parts of the procedure in a very clear and concise way. Had an ACL recon done with him and honestly found the recovery better than expected. Knee function veryu well afterwards
