I understand that nerves and anxiety are always expected when undergoing any surgery.. but the consultations and follow ups I had felt rushed and unimportant which left me with a lot of doubt. Dr Laird certainly did his job in addressing all areas of the surgery and follow ups, it just felt like it lacked care. sorry to say the worst patient doctor experiance in my whole life, i was on the verge of walking out, worst $240 i ever spent , Wont be going back, nice freindly receptionist was the highlight.
My husband had hip replacement surgery in oct 2023.Excellent doctor explained everything from start to finish. My husband is better than ever after his hip replacement. Receptionist amanda is an asset to his office, kind and considerate nothing was to difficult for her.
Fantastic results from dr Laird , my full left hip replacement feels fantastic and healed in no time. Adding to that review now , my second hip replacement was complete on Thursday 2nd of November 2023 and I sat down this morning after my walk just now and cried , this man has given me my life back , I was a mess after 35yrs of laying bricks and contact sports , only 54yo I felt defeated and had bad depression, my outlook on life now is when can I get back to work. Thankyou Dr Laird you changed my Life. Cheers
