Details are important. The surgery was nearly two years ago on February 2nd 2016. The bill was paid last year. October 13th 2017 I get a bill for several hundred dollars from Dr. Martin. Now I am expected to try to fix his mistake with an accounting department that doesn't answer their phone. I expect more from a professional.
