Visiting Dr. Heur and the staff at the USC Roski Eye Institute in Arcadia was a good experience. The waiting room personnel were helpful and friendly. My eye exam was thorough and my questions were answered appropriately. I was able to talk with Dr. Heur about my condition and received direct, thoughtful answers. The waiting time at the office for the scheduled appointment was average. There's a very nice outside waiting area, before entering the office.
