While the treatment and results from Dr. Glowacki were excellent, his office staff is the most aggravating group I have ever dealt with. They repeatedly billed the insurance incorrectly (coordination of benefits) for months and then sent me a bill for the outstanding amount. I even went so far as to send their office manager a letter with exact instructions on how to bill the insurance correctly and received no response.

Due to the very, complex nature of medical insurance today, it can be difficult to get the information correct. I am very sorry that you experienced this issue, but please know that we will do everything in our power to get any issues corrected. Management had not received your letter, and please know if they had, you would have gotten a response. If you need Dr. Glowacki's services, contact the office and we will be more than happy to make your experience a great one!
Dr. Glowacki is very good doctor. His concern is to help is very good. If you can explain where the pain is the worse, it helps him to understand the best way to treat the pain.
We've moved to Arizona....but thank you for your service in the past.

After years of being on too many pain meds that did absolutely nothing Dr Glowacki has helped me take my life back. All of my procedures have been amazingly simple and funny. I constantly recommend Dr. Glowacki and staff to anyone suffering.
I was first treated by Dr G at Henry Ford Hospital, and followed him to Troy. He’s an exceptional doctor, very approachable, and the best I’ve seen. Top facility and excellent, caring staff. He’s treated me for back pain, and occipital neuralgia. I’ve seem other doctors but he really is the best I’ve seen. Extremely efficient.
He is wonderful and under stands pain. His staff is also great. Quick in and outs and always willing to work with you.
I can’t say enough about Dr Glowacki, I have had back for pain for 30 + years and after a couple of visits to Dr Glowacki, I have been free of pain for almost a complete year. I have seen 20 or more doctors over them years and nothing, The VA doctors told me nothing we can do, I was so tired of the pain a couple of times I thought I was at my end, I could not take it anymore, the first thought I had when I went to another doctor just someone else after my money, this doctor cares about you.
