Dr Martha Williams is a nice lady and a good therapist. She is very sweet and understanding. However, the reason for my rating is the person/people in charge of billing are all over the place. About a year and a half after I stopped seeing Martha, I get a bill for all these copays and I was confused because I thought I paid for these back then, I remember Martha asking for my email address about 7-8 months ago, but I did not receive an email from her billing person until November 2023.
