Excellent Dr, spends time to listen and explain, Good bed side manners Just the wait to see her is a bit high and there is room for improvement with her PA.
Dr. Wills performed my emergency ruptured colon surgery and colonoscopy. Needless to say being a emergency I was scared to death and she was the one calming force there. She took the best care of me that any Dr ever has and I've had plenty. I have severe chronic pain and she made sure that my pain was well controlled! I will forever be grateful to her!!

Dr. Wills is a highly trained, energetic and compassionate surgeon. I like her personality and the work she did. Her honesty and straightforward manner were refreshing. I would give her higher marks if it was not for her office manager, Brittany who would not answer calls and not sense of urgency about getting my cancer surgery set up. On average I had to make 3 calls to get one return call even on the week of surgery when my orders had not been sent to the hospital. Most frustrating!
Would not recommend. They called to reschedule my appointment twice, late the day before both times.
Dr. Wills and her staff were professional and friendly. Dr Wills has a great personality and her staff did their best to schedule surgery according to my schedule. The surgery went great.
While Dr. Wills is highly thought of by her peers, her office staff sucks. I haven't met Dr. Wills and, unfortunately, I'm unable to explain all that I've encountered with the office in this space but if you're referred to Dr. Wills, be very, very, very proactive!! Do not try to get info on the phone, go to the office in person!!!!!
Staff does not stay on top of scheduling surgeries for patients, nor do they return calls when they state they will. It is very hard for a patient to plan for a surgery when they are unable to get the information they need when the staff does not complete the paperwork in a timely fashion. Due to Dr. Wills staff and their scheduling abilities I would not recommend her to another patient for any form of general surgery.
Dr. Wills is very thorough. Explains all procedures. Her and her staff are very friendly. In an emergency situation can fit you in quickly.
