Horrible service. I called and I was told that my 97 year old dad would be put on a waiting list to see the doctor. And I asked how long is the wait approximately and the girl answered coldly "its unpredictable". They are super rude and horrible customer service. BOYCOTT!
Set an appointment, filled out a long list of papers. Showed up on the appointed day, and was told they no longer took the insurance. Said they left a message on my phone 3 days before. Not done. My daughter missed a day of work. Did all this so we could see the NP for pysch, so we are out of 2 doctors/providers in one swift blow. They did not offer to go ahead and see what we needed (like refills etc.) since this was so quickly done. Only if we pay. Sad state of affairs for doctors caring about patients.
