Horrible experience! Don’t go! I wish I could then zero stars! My mom was sick and didn’t know how to take a Covid test by herself at home so she brought the Covid test to the doctor at her sick appointment- and the doctor REFUSED to help her and told her to watch YouTube and do it alone! Her insurance pays that doctor !!! My mom still didn’t get help! I really loved the staff and everything was great until Conviva took over
In person visits are wonderful. As far as getting them on the phone, that’s another story. I was put on hold, disconnected and didn’t receive a callback when trying to get a referral.
THEY SOLD TO CONVIVA! NOW IT IS HORRIBLE!! CALLS ANSWERED BY CALL CENTER AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. CANNOT GET THROUGH TO OFFICE. I WAS DISCONNECTED!! HORRIBLE!! PRIVATE EQUITY GROUPS BUYING EVERYTHING AND KILLING BUSINESSES!!
