I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Guzman because I needed documentation for a health issue and wasn't able to get into my usual doctor for several months. Dr. Guzman cancelled on me an hour before my appointment even though the issue was time-sensitive because she said "I should meet with my usual doctor", even though HealthPartners scheduled me with her because he wasn't available in the first place.
