I must start by saying this is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. This is supposed to be a place for the youth, and a place for people to receive mental health services. Let me tell you, this place will give you mental health issues, or intensify the ones you have. This place located in Gary on broadway, I want to say the address is 4645 broadway.
