I would not recommend Dr. Boone. Her and her staff are very unprofessional. They don’t care about you “the patient”. They were unwilling to treat my daughter. I had to call her primary doctor to get treatment for a UTI. They were going to let her be in pain and didn’t care she was in pain and extreme discomfort.
Hands down most unprofessional place I have ever been. Dr. Boone and her staff get one star from me. I wish I could give 0. If you want to go to an office where the physician cares more about branding and selling books than about your pain and health situation, go here.
Dr. Boone is an amazing doctor. She's gentle, kind and considerate. She spends a lot of time with her patients and you feel like you get your questions answered.
Saw Dr Boone for the first time today. She and her staff are amazing! A great doctor. She was recommended by my primary doctor and I couldn't be more pleased with his choice.
Dr Boone and her team are the most caring, patient centered doctor of any kind that I've seen in years! I switched after many years w a doc who didn't care to see me but 1x per year and never tried to get to the root cause of my chronic kidney stones! Dr Boone and her whole team are working aggressively to diagnose the cause and help me improve my long term prognosis --I am so appreciative to the person who recommended her to me and I strongly recommend her to anyone!
Excellent doctor! I cannot thank dr Boone and attending nurse for making me feel relaxed during my cystoscopy. I would highly recommend her and any time I have urology problems I will definitely return to see her! . Thank you Dr Boone ! The only negative comment is the receptionist is not very friendly .
Dr. Boone put me on a program to reduce the number of urinary tract infections I was getting and it was like receiving a miracle cure. She has helped my infection problem and that helped my despair. One thing I really like about her practice is that I can call the office number and a live person picks up the phone. That person may not be a nurse or a PA but they stay on the phone with me until they can get someone who can answer my questions if they can't. Highest commendations to Dr. Boone.
I was extremely happy that I was referred to Dr. Boone. My condition did result in surgery and I was extremely happy that it was her experienced and capable hands that I was in. My mother was very happy how Dr. Boone kept her informed and took the time to explain everything. Dr. Boone runs a tight ship and her staff is top notch and the most efficient, courteous I've ever experienced. That's really nice when you have a lot of things going on. It makes it all a little less stressful. I'm a fan!
I've been a patient of Dr. Boone's for many years and value my patient/Doctor relationship with Dr. Boone and her office staff more than any of my other 4 doctors. It starts at the top and Dr. Boone has always made the time for my questions, both in person and on the phone. Her staff operates in the same manner. When you place a phone call to the office, a person actually answers (no recording!) and opens your chart and can work through the reason for the call immediately. True professionals!
