You know, for the Mall of America, I was expecting a better Docs store. But this one was pretty small and bare-bones. If you're looking for classics, they've got you covered. But you can get that stuff at Journey's or whatever. They didn't have many bags, accessories, limited runs... It just felt very basic. We spent maybe a minute inside before realizing there was nothing exciting or unusual. Overall it's fine, but it's not a flagship.

Great store with excellent customer service! We needed to do an exchange and they helped us as if it was a new sale, very nice and also quick.

Excellent customer service. I went to several stores to find something comfortable for a wedding reception before this store at MoA. Kelsey was amazing! Quick, kind, and patient. I found exactly what I needed. Her enthusiasm and wonderful attitude made it an excellent experience. Thank you, Kelsey!

Collin was a HUGE help and such a joy at the MOA store. Helped with my mom to get so many pairs of shoes to try, funny, and great energy. Thanks!
