Been there a few times just to check out some sizes and some models and the staff have always been helpful. Recently came by to try some more shoes and one of the staff, Nikita was really helpful. Even gave out a few suggestions and recommendations. Always lovely staff!

For $320 shoes this was the worst customer service experience ever. The shop assistant said oh we don't measure feet. The shop assistant did not get down and test size or advice. The shop assistant should bless herself happy we came for the shoes.....not the service. Appallingly poor.
I didn’t physically visit the store and only called over the phone, but the staff member I spoke to was absolutely incredible and so lovely. I called about switching a pair of shoes, and she even offered to have them sent from a store closer to Melbourne so I could get them more easily. I ended up going into Melbourne myself, but she was such a great help and genuinely so kind. I didn’t catch her name as it was quite noisy both times I called, but she was incredibly sweet and made the whole experience so much easier.🫶🫶
I was given one of the best customer service by Nikita.. she provided me expert advice in shoe maintenance, correct sizingb with great passion 💖 thank you for helping us out and been so patient with us 😍
