Extremely rude customer service!! Disappointing to see such people still working in customer service if they don’t know how to deal with customers. I wanted to know the price range of blundstones and dr martens and this lady at the counter started shouting at me early in the morning how blundstone is a different brand. I couldn’t even ask her name (she had black top and glasses, the shorter chubbier one than the other nice rep at the shop) because I was flabbergasted by her attitude. All hail Danielle. This angel was so easy to talk to and super fun and also has amazing style :) She knows a lot about the products and is also really adaptive too, making sure you're helped to the best of her ability :D
