I have only GOOD things to say about the doctor and his clinic!!! ANA, is AMAZING!!!. I do understand that sometimes you can be there for a long time but I wouldn’t have it any other way… this doctor is WONDERFUL when it comes to treating my daughters. this clinic lost 4 patients yesterday due to the negligence and disrespectful behavior of their staff I was there at 8:54am they didn't test my kids for covid until 11:00am and when I asked what was the reason the nurse rudely said" because we had a patient come in at 11 and complain so we had to help her first" then again I asked her how long till I see the doctor to where she yelled back " I already called the doc" and got on her cellphone. Charged me double what I should have paid. Should have only paid a $25 copay but they charged me $50. BSBS has called and informed them and they still refuse to reimburse me the difference. We had to make three trips to his office (from Mission) because he kept screwing up the prescription and the pharmacy was unable to fill it. Spent hours at his office for nothing. He was very unprofessional and has not respect for other peoples time.
Dr.Samuels has always been there to tend to my girls...and if one ever needs him Dr.Samuels is just a phone call away...
