I'm not sure why this clinic only has 3.5 stars - from my first point of contact with the amazingly kind receptionist, to having to cancel and reschedule due to having a fever and then, today I finally had my appoinment. Same kind care from all staff including Dr. Hay who is super knowledgeable, professional, and was even willing to listen to and answers my questions. Had a wonderful experience with Dr.Hay earlier this week. He was thorough, kind, and patient with me as I explained my symptoms. He took the extra time to order additional testing to put myself at ease.
Quite disappointed with the service received from Dr. Marshall Hay and his clinic. Aside from as what the other reviews said of them not answering any calls and queries sent them, we waited for so many months just to get to meet him in person for a few minutes. In the end, just like the feedback of many other patients in these reviews here, he just said we needed to just cope with our hearing issues for the rest of our lives. Dr. Hay and the staff are true professionals. Empathetic, attentive, and knowledgeable. I’m grateful to have been referred to him. He’s helping me navigate a long term issue with care and precision.
Listened intently to my symptoms. Didn't rush through the appointment. Very clear communicator. Happy to answer questions. Thorough examination. Reception was polite, professional and communicated next steps clearly. A lot of the bad reviews here seem to be that the doctor couldn't fix their problem. That shouldn't reflect badly on the doctor unless the next doctor you see does fix the problem. Unfortunately, there isn't a cure for every medical problem. Maybe one day :)
