I was a new patient for a cleaning. The first visit they told me my teeth were in great shape. The second visit (and probably the first also) they charged me for procedures she didn't do and I can prove it. They claimed to clean my teeth but they didn't. They did not remove all the tarter and plaque the first time or the second time. I am going to have to spend thousands now for periodontal treatment. After many years of my entire family being seen here, I'm appalled at the way its been lately. We had to make a switch... problems include never answering the phone, not returning phone calls. When they finally call you back, they tell you that you have to wait over a month to be seen for a tooth ache! Ridiculous Called another dentist and was seen same day as a new patient.
My twin girls LOVE their Dentist! The ladies here are very kind and professional. I am so thankful we found this dentist office! Thank you Dr. Plater and associates
