Very professional. Everyone is so informative and friendly. You are made to feel cared for and comfortable.
I previously liked this practice for cleaning and an honest assessment and I have recommended it to multiple other people. However, I just had a crown break in half and called to get it looked at. It is a holiday week and I was told that they wouldn't be able to look at it until three weeks from now. Totally understandable. Great welcoming front desk Brooke very nice respectful and always willing to go above and beyond to give great customer service.The dental assistant are very nice and always smiling and very nice when it comes to being scared of the dental chair.The hygienist is very nice and always trying to help you have a better day. Best in town. Staff is amazing and so helpful. Dr plater is absolutely amazing. My whole family goes to this office for all of our dental needs. Upon reading reviews, there is a recent one by a lady named "Kendal". I do not believe this to be truthful for brooke is the most helpful and professional is an understatement. Brooke makes everything seamless and honestly the easiest dental experience in the world. Not only the best in Calvert county but in my opinion the best in the state!!!
