i love dr brooks candela! she’s a great listener and thorough doctor
Forced me to reschedule! Granted I was going to be 10mins late. I called waited on hold while driving there for 10mins to tell them I was coming just 10mins behind. Was told that it was fine to come in only to be called again and asked to reschedule! I was 3min away....7min past my appointment time! So frustrating! Never met this doctor and now never will! I will NOT come back here.
If I could give this doctor a negative rating, I would. She is by far the rudest, most condescending doctor that I have ever seen and offered zero medical advice/input during our entire visit. In fact, we waited an entire hour just to be talked down to and minimized. I have never been so angry leaving a doctor's office as I was after this visit.
