Unprofessional! Sitting for 2-3 hours, just for the people to tell me that they went to the restroom which is why I kept getting skipped. It’s honestly sad because I been here for years and i hoped it would get better but I’ve had enough. Very very very very unprofessional.

I wish I could give zero stars! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I don't even know where to begin with my dissatisfaction with the services I received. To think, you're spending thousands of dollars and you're treated like your services are free or they're paying you for their services. I got braces and I regret it. Nothing that was in my original treatment plan (outside of putting the braces on) was done. I was supposed to get a frenectomy, Zoom teeth whitening and permanent retainer on top teeth.... read more

Don’t waste your time, I stayed in the parking lot over a hour, after arriving early. I was never seen. I called to reschedule my appointment, stayed on the phone 15-20 minutes still no answer, never called me back. They don’t value your time. This office isn’t organized. I tried to support my community, but this community doesn’t respect you, they want your money. Run fast!
