Do not go to this office. They do not answer phones. Appointments are not timely. Several orders were simply incorrect causing additional delays in treatment. Misstatements (lies). PA’s quitting practice. Rude front desk personnel. I’m 71yo and not a complainer. One of the worst Dr practices I have had.
Home Sleep study showed AHI 4%. 8 obstructive apneas and 6 obstructive hypopneas. Patient spent 14 minute with o2 sats below 88% going as low as 84%. Impression: 1. NO evidence of sleep apnea 2. Nocturnal hypoxemia 3. Physiological Hypersomnia “If clinical suspicion is still present an in lab sleep study is suggested to better assess the possibility of a sleep related breathing disorder”. The saw Joel the PA and he was excellent. He listened well to my concerns and took time to go through my records. He did an excellent job. I wish every doctor I had to see was this good.
There are religious items all over the waiting room. The staff acts like they'd be better suited to work at the DMV. When you go back, the nurse goes into a spiel about how 'wonderful' the doctor is. Dr Tawk himself is a man who doesn't listen to patients and doesn't seem to understand a basic medical diagnosis such as fibromyalgia or osteoarthritis.
