Just had second implant done by Dr. Moore and this experience was better than the below. This practice is second to none with very professional care takers and Angela handles all insurances well and a pleasure to deal with. She fights for the patients Thank you once again. Im sorry but I don’t like this place at all. They never have appointments available and one of the ladies that answers the calls is kind of nasty. She sounds like and older lady I never got her name. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for the last 2 months so I gave up!!
Needed a dentist for my dad to have some teeth extracted and planning on getting him a new set of dentures. I was recommended by a friend here and when I called, a staff who claimed to be manager was rude and very disgusting on the phone. First person who represents the office is receptionists and if they treat patients terrible I wouldn’t want to come here. Couldn’t find the way to reply to you dr. My visit went with Dr. Moore, however I do not know who missed sending my prescription to my pharmacy but it caused such an issue in my recovery. Additionally, when I called multiple times to get the prescription sent over, the receptionist (with the short hair) continually placed my call on an extended hold to which no one ever picked up. Dr. Moore was great but their logistics/reception area needs work.
Dr Moore is great. Makes the procedure comfortable and painless. His staff are great. Extrememly helpful and transparent.
