As the legal advocate for an elderly patient of Dr. Ramilo's it is my duty to manage appointments, tests, and the treatment plan. Consistently, Dr. Ramilo's phone staff ("Wendy" & "April") are the barriers to speaking with the doctor's assistant. No matter that I've spoken with the doctor's assistant and am in fact returning her call. 20 questions ensue from the gatekeepers.
