Dr Brown has been the only dentist I have seen and trust.I had severe dental anxiety from something that has was done as a child . He is patient,understanding,calm,focused on my needs..Top notch professional!
I sure do hate to lose a good dentist but I refuse to continue going somewhere and doing business with such unacceptable office staff. Dr Brown is the best dentist I have ever been to. My elderly Mom and I started seeing him in 2021 after I lost my previous dentist through the Covid years. Dr Brown was very gentle, kind and patient with my Mom when getting her in a new pair of dentures. I needed a deep cleaning due to no cleanings in over a year. The staff at Gateway Dental is simply awesome. My dental hygienist, Erica, was more than happy to answer the many questions I had. She thoroughly explained the cause of my toothache, described methods to prevent future damage, and provided tons of advice I will be using during my at home dental care! Dr. Bown and his staff are amazing. I have so much good to say about them. Dr. Brown is so much respectful, attentive highly professional. He discuss the treatment with me till we find the best option for me. I normally get pretty nervous on every Dentist visit till I found Dr. Brown and his staff. I can honestly say they makes me feel so much comfortable and relaxed on each dental visit. Thank You so much Dr. Brown
