We were NOT on the same page. No conversation was had about what was going to happen before she started performing the procedure. We had a conversation on my initial consultation and literature was given to me with costs for 3 different procedures. When I came back for treatment my upper lip received filler. I came in to get my chin area worked on. I told her I never cared about that lip area and then she used filler in the chin area that I wanted. Lesson learned. It was a $1,100 lesson. I should've read the poor reviews on this woman first. I had a lump (eyesore) on my leg that I expressed how badly I wanted removed. Not only did she have me feeling rushed and as though I was a nuisance in her schedule, but she took a glance and said something to the tune of, 'Oh no no, if that gets removed, it'll be replace with an even bigger one.' I left feeling totally defeated. I later went for a second opinion elsewhere and am now happy and lump free. Don't go to Dr. Willen.
Great office and great staff; unfortunately this doctor is an unstable person. I highly recommend researching her name before making an appointment. Today I walked out without receiving treatment. I will be in touch with the HR department.
Made phone call to this office for Dr. Willen. Was asked what is the reason for your visit. I replied My insurance covers preventative screening and I have never had one. Go to appt. today. Woman behind desk asks for my copay. I tell her there is no copay for preventative. She says We don't do preventative here. I say well I was specific when I made my appt. and I was not told that. Her reply Well everyone here knows we don't do preventative. Apparently not everyone there listens
