This was without a doubt the worst doctors experience I've ever had. First off, the waiting reception was very snippy and are incredibly difficult to deal with and the entire office smells like cigarettes. They have little patience and don't like answering questions or retrieving information when requested. More importantly though, Mark Young is probably the worst doctor I've ever had, especially considering he is a specialist.
