Have been seeing Mark for a few years now and he has been tremendously helpful in both diagnosis and therapy. Even though our visits are shorter these days I look always forward to them and I couldn't recommend him enough!
Nasty Receptionist! Missing Referrals - My Doctor sent 2, I sent one from My Doctor myself with nil replies? We waited but heard nothing & its been months When I called to enquire I received absolutely woeful treatment from the Receptionist - Condescending tone, cutting me off as I speak, Very passive aggressive woman I doubt My referral will even get through to the Doctor.... Have a friend who also confirmed his referrals never made it either...
Horrendous treatment by the phone receptionist. Hung on me before I could finish talking after telling me the doctor is not accepting any referrals for ADHD, which I would’ve left it at, but the fact she hung up on me drove me to write this review. She shouldn’t treat people this way especially those struggling with mental health issues.
