Sammamish Orthodonistics has treated me and both of my children on and off for the past 7 years. Dr. Nelson is great- he is honest and forthcoming and has a good sense of humor, too. The humor part is important when you are an adult with braces!
Straightening of teeth braces only - upper and lower. Dr. Nelson very professional. Insurance help and financial consultation very helpful. Front staff not as friendly and unable to find appointments often that were not during school hours.

Dr. Nelson treated me and my three children over the span of the last ten years. We all love the treatment he gave us. Dr. Nelson's expertise saved us years of unnecessary treatment. We highly recommend Dr. Mark Nelson to anyone considering orthodontic care. He is absolutely the best!!! Steve Roah
Great staff and great service. He did a wonderful job on my teeth. Like most things in life, what you pay for is what you get. He's not cheap, but still well worth the investment.
Beauitful office! Nice staff! I enjoyed my first visit, everyone was very friendly. I couldn't help but notice the foot traffic at their establishment. VERY busy! I felt the doctor didn't have enough time to spend with my son & I. The front desk was very courteous and helpful, very sweet girl. Would choose this office because staff made us feel important.
The reson for the 3 out of 4 in treatment success is I'm still a work in progress. Dr Nelson and his very capable staff are incredible. Because of thier relaxed approach the client also feels relaxed, and for someone terrified of dentists this is great. I would recommend Dr Nelson to anyone young or not so young. The girls on the desk are very knowledgable and willing to help in anyway they can. Great Orthodontist! Dr. Nelson, or Mark as he insists I call him, took time with my son to give him the personal care and attention he needed.
All around excellent experience. My son has needed to change his appointment several times and they have always been condiderate and accomidating.
