Failure to return calls post surgery, travels to 3 different offices-hard to catch the nurse or get an appointment, called for 10 days to get a follow-up appointment to have a stent taken out. Finally presented at the ER for removal.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They told my girlfriend to pull out her stints on her own or wait 2 weeks until they can make another appointment. While she has been urinating blood for 2 weeks now already. Inconsiderate and very rude. If you can go somewhere else you should. His nurse very likely has a stint of her own in the wrong hole.
