My husband had a 10:00 appointment today. He was asked to get there at 9:30. He emailed his insurance card to the front desk and sat down to wait for them to call him back. Evidently, they forgot to do anything after his initial check in, and he sat there waiting until 10:45. He went to see why he was still waiting after another 15 minutes, and they'd completely forgotten again. He got his $80 deductible back and left at 11:15. We will find another doctor for sleep apnea. Our time is valuable too.
