Worst staff experience. Very rude an unprofessional. Talking crap about their other coworkers so loudly, everyone can hear. I got no relief for any of the symptoms I have been experiencing. Both times I have gone, the front desk was rude and even got into a verbal altercation with a patient in front of a full room of patients. HARD PASSSSS. Run.
Should have trusted the other reviews, let me summarize- rude staff/front desk, incompetent doctor, messed up billing.
Incompetent doctor and rude staff.I was misdiagnosed with over 95% blockage of my sinuses.Had a CT scan and he never even showed me the results.I finally went to another ENT after suffering for 6 months and immediately was shown the CT results from this person.Had surgery 1 month after seeing new ENT and feel like a new man.GET A 2ND OPINION if you waste your time on this clown.
The front desk are the RUDEST people to talk too. This is the second time I’ve spoken to someone and they had the nastiest attitude. They speak to you like you’re a child, DONT COME HERE. Go somewhere else where the staff don’t hate their job and take it out on patients trying to see the doctor.
Front lady secretary is very rude tells you different things she says she fax the stuff over she never does you can't say a word she talks over you the doctor is great
