Had such a great experience accompanying a family member when visiting him and his practice's establishment. He and his team are very personable, friendly and provided so much of their hair restoration expertise. Was honest and respectful, and answered all the questions we had, as well as he did a fantastic job on a family member!! Highly recommend.
I had a hair replacement procedure done in 2022 with Dr. Unger. His knowledge combined with the professionalism of the staff was evident throughout the process. Dr. Mark Unger and his staff ensure his patients are educated and comfortable through the hair transplant process. I am very satisfied with the results of my hair transplant and would highly recommend his services for interested candidates.
My partner has been in to see Dr. Unger multiple times and, although at this point only for consultations, has never once gotten the sense of being or felt pressured to go down a treatment path he wasn’t comfortable with or didn’t need. I went to three major clinics to get some input on my options regarding hair transplantation. Of the three I went to, Dr. Unger was the most honest and ethical. Also noteworthy; the administrator Melanie was super accommodating with last-minute rescheduling I had to do. His main priority was ensuring that I did the right thing for _me_.
