My experience with Dr. Mark Tran was unprofessional. He was rude and dismissive. The way he made me feel was uncaring. He seemed more focused on profits than patient care. When I asked questions, he became defensive, raised his voice, and even told me to leave. Thankfully, I found another dermatologist who treated me respectfully, answered my questions, and provided care that worked quickly. Dr. Tran’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value patient-focused care, look elsewhere.

Had a cyst removal didn’t go well. Not thorough enough and didn’t heal well. Had to see a cosmetic sturgeon eventually .

I guess you could refer to me as a medical mess or a medical miracle. My experience as a patient has gifted me with the ability to discern a good office/staff and doctor, from a bad one in zero to sixty seconds. The phone was answered by a live individual. That’s always a good start. Susan was helpful and very responsive to my questions. I came to see Dr. Mark Tran after seeing 2 other dermatologists for a skin rash that they were not able to help me with. Although the other dermatologists were not able to make the correct diagnosis; thankfully, Dr. Tran was able to make the accurate diagnosis. Dr. Tran is also trained as a dermatopathologist so he was able to correlate what he saw under the microscope from my biopsy with what he was seeing on my skin.
